OUR PROCESSES
wet blue
In this step chrome tanning being free lead and restricted substances
dyed
When dyed wet blue leather, make the neutralized and the color is added.
grease
In this step, after dyeing, oil is added to give the softness and texture in concordance with the needs of the leather.
drying
Dry the leather 100%, with 10% humidity.
Once completed, it is sent to the softening to give softness to leather or tumbling.
finished
Semi-aniline and other materials that require the customer is added.
retanning
Ph leveled leather to generate its softness.
